Back in business!

Hey everyone! Welcome to the new SKOTTIEYOUNG.COM!

It’s been a long time since i’ve paid any attention to my actual site and about three years since we closed the doors on my online store. Now that we’ve got our life, kids, home and all the other things somewhat figured out, we decided it’s time to relaunch the site, start blogging again, and open the store back up. I created the company STUPID FRESH MESS as a place to create, comics, movies, tv, etc, as well as produce and sell products.

We’re bringing back some of our most popular prints, but have added a ton of brand news ones. Once things are up and running, we’ll be adding pins, stickers, limited edition prints/screen prints and much more. We’re stocking all of my creator owned books and will be getting back into publishing art/sketchbooks as well. And one of the most exciting additions, or RE additions to the store will be…

Yup, that’s right. We’ll be handing all original art sales again, right here in STUPID FRESH MESS offices. That means that all comic pages and covers will be available in our online store, along side my books, prints and all the other goodies!

But the part i’m most excited about is my daily sketches. Because I’ll be able to take them off my table and have them ready to ship, we’ll be offering up the daily sketches for sale every week or so. I missed the energy of doing the sketches and the scramble to see where it was going to live!

I do need to thank Felix Lu from FELIX COMIC ART for all the hard and amazing work he did for me over the last few years. He was a real savior in a time when we needed to focus on raising babies and work and all the things. He’s a real gem and I love how much we’ve learned from each other and how much love he has for comics and the artists that make this business go round. So, thank you to Felix, Yams and the rest of the crew that run Felix Comic Art. I’ll miss working you, but glad i have friends for life now.

So, stay tuned to this blog and sign-up for my newsletter so you don't miss the opening day of the store.
