Along came a spider

I've taken on a few new cover gigs and one of them is Marvel Adventures Spider-Man. I'm very excited about it as I love being able to cover a wide range of characters over the run of covers I'll be doing. Hopefully we'll all have fun.

Here's the first one. This a bit more about Peter than Spidey.

One of your best covers to date and one of the best Spider-man covers I've had the pleasure of seeing. Would love to see you get a full time gig on Amazing or Ultimate SPider-Man.

Ditto Kirk. I'd start reading SM again if you were on board.

That's a beautiful illustration. But it would also be nice if he were actually dressed as if he were living in the year 2008. I love pencil. The way you drew the pencil is my favorite.

Hey Skottie I have a great idea! How about you let me tap into your brain, suck out half your talent and harvest it for my own? Just and idea I figure you have some extra talent to spare. Awesome cover.

That cover looks great Skottie. I love the fact that Peter is wearing clothes that teenagers are actually sporting in 2009.

I seriously dig this cover! Please stay on for as long as possible! I contacted Paul Tobin and loved his tone for the book when I heard it and Matteo's art rocks! Definitely a supreme-o package!
