Jake Parker (Agent 44) has been drawing his character Missile Mouse for as long as I've known him and recently had his creation published with Scholastic. I love this little guy and thought I'd take a swing at it. Very fun warm-up subject.
I had this on my old site and someone mentioned moving it over here. Enjoy.

THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU!
Since you originally posted this I've been looking at Jake Parker's page. My only complain with his style is the lack of contrast when it comes to his line work. I REALLY like your take on this character. Thank you for posting it here.

You know I love this! Makes me want to redesign him from the ground up.
Great work man, i am sure Jake love it! :)
Really cool take on the character.
I feel like saying "great work" should be implied with your stuff but I mention it anyways...
...on another note, you have to love that commitment to a character.
YIKES!! Don't redesign him from the ground up! You have wonderful whimsical ideas on your blog. Missile Mouse is a great character, and I like the way you draw him. I've just noticed the Dizzywood stuff on your blog has more variation of line quality.

Richard
Tight, this is my kind of style
